Facilitation
Strategic Action
The combination of strategy and tactics, Strategic Action is the art of translating vision into a reality. It is not just for boards and executive teams. Strategic Action is for any group intent on knowing where it's going so that their every effort counts.
Our approach is to guide groups through a process of gaining mutual understanding, identifying common ground and articulating goals and values. With this foundation a group is able to make effective decisions about strategies and resources and move into implementation.
Conference Architecture
We design and facilitate meetings, seminars and conferences that deliver lasting results:
- Interactive facilitation methods draw out the best in participants as they are impelled to listen reflectively, think critically and speak authentically.
- Innovative design principles establish outcome-driven guidelines in every stage of planning.
Content Analysis
When closer analysis is needed, Content Analysis can be conducted on any portion of a meeting or conference. This is a research technique that examines words and phrases within a given context to identify patterns indicative of much larger trends. For example, Content Analysis can reveal telling information about the intentions, focus and communication style of an individual, group or organization both at the spoken and unspoken level.
While all of our facilitation methods serve to surface underlying assumptions, Content Analysis goes a step further to assess the big picture implications of those assumptions. This deeper understanding can impact priorities, action steps and ultimately outcomes.
