    The principles of operating as an effective team on the bridge of a ship apply to high-performing teams everywhere. MaritimeQuest is a three-day ship simulator intensive is supported by three months of executive & team coaching.

  • BridgeQuest

    Virtual teams need to connect, communicate and collaborate across any distance. BridgeQuest is an experiential one-day virtual or hybrid team simulation provides that toolkit and can be supplemented with executive & team coaching.

    The Key Leader Offsite is an experiential in-person leadership retreat available for Leadership Teams of up to 80 people and is custom-designed to integrate with a strategic planning offsite. Outcomes can include a 90-day Momentum Plan tied to Individual, Team, and Enterprise Benchmarks.

Self-guided and advanced facilitated options are available.

Healing at Work

  • Equine-Guided Healing

    Equine-Guided Healing offers in-person inclusive leadership development. This unique embodied approach facilitates healing in the workplace through engaging with an organization’s most challenging pain points, with horses as guides and nature as the classroom.
