BridgeQuest is a highly interactive virtual team experience using a state-of-the-art digital maritime simulation. It applies Bridge Resource Management Principles from the maritime industry to high-performing remote teams in any industry. Remote teams collaborate on complex problems in real-time with immediate feedback.

How is the Simulation experience delivered?
1-day team experience with 6 months of Team Coaching support. Supplemental individual coaching is available.
Integrate the learning with Momentum Coaching
This is where long-term behavioral change happens. Through the 6 months of follow-up coaching, participants implement and integrate their learning, as they are held accountable to their leadership and team commitments. The whole group will partake in three team-coaching sessions (2 hours each); each team member will participate in three coaching sessions (1 hour each) and the Senior Leader will participate in three executive coaching sessions (1 hour each).
Share the Tools with the SeaChange Toolkit
Additionally, Leadership@Helm is an online course that accompanies our Momentum Coaching and includes all of the materials to share the leadership and management tools with the entire team back in the workplace.
